Hi, my name is Holly and I want to help you reach your health goals! When I was first introduced to CrossFit in 2017, I was super intimidated. I was afraid that people were going to judge my lack of skill, but I soon fell in love with all the encouraging members and the personalized attention from the coaches. I love CrossFit because it makes you stronger in ways that help you in your day-to-day life. I also love it because EVERYONE can do it!
